How long will delivery be?
Normally you will receive your goods within 48 hours.
We are open five days a week, Monday to Friday and wherever possible we will endeavour to send goods out immediately after payment has been received.
This may be affected by certain factors such as the time of day that the order is placed, the size of the order, time of year (as we do have very busy periods at back to school season). However, rest assured we will despatch your goods as quickly as possible.
Our UK carriers are Parcelforce who operate a 24 hour service. Obviously export orders take longer depending on their destination. If requested, we can give you the tracking reference for your goods.
Do I need to have a shop to become a customer?
We do not supply the general public so we insist that you are running a business but this does not need to be a physical shop as many of our customers sell through their own websites. If you want to buy from us please go to the 'my account' or 'Create an account' link at the top of our website. You will be asked for your name, address and VAT number if you have one. You will then be asked to create a password. You are then set up as a customer and you will have access to all prices and will be able to place orders.

Do you have a minimum order value?
Beacuse most of our baby clothes are sold individually (you do not have to buy a pack of 6 of the same items) we ask for a minimum order of £200. This amount can give you a good selection of different designs, colours and sizes if you want to place a small order.
For orders up to £300 our carriage charge is £10.00. Orders over £300 carriage is free for all UK customers.
What is your returns policy?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the goods, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will exchange or refund items if they are faulty on delivery to you.
All products returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing . You must ensure that the package is insured to the correct value to protect yourself in the event that the return is lost or damaged in transit
How do I pay, is it safe?
We are set-up to accept most major credit cards and Paypal. Credit card payments are processed through Sagepay so they are totally safe, all the information exchanged is encrypted and we have no access to your credit card details.
I am an overseas customer, can I buy from you?
Yes, we can deliver to Eire and most of mainland Europe.
If you 'Create an account' on our home page please select your country from our 'Country' drop down menu.
The correct carriage will then be added once you have placed an order.
